Track conditioning will start Monday February 1st

  • 3:15- 3:45 Boys and Girls Hurdlers Coach Taylor (by wrestling room)
  • Boys and Girls – Distance- 30 min easy run on your own
  • Girls track 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Weight room

Tuesday

  • 2:30-4:00 PM Girls Track – Weight Ropom
  • 3:00- 4:00 PM Boys Track – All Runners workout at Track and Core
  • 4:00-5:00 All Boys Weight room with Coach Marty

Wednesday

  • 3:00 – 4:00 PM Boys and Girls – Distance Runners with Coach D
  • 3:15-4:30 PM – Girls on the track
  • 4:00-5:00 All Boys Weight room with Coach Marty

Thursday

  • 2:30-4:00 PM Girls track weight room
  • 3:00- 4:00 All Runners workout at Track and Core

Friday

  • 3:15-4:30 PM – All girls on the track
  • 3:15 – 4:30 All Boys Weight room with Coach Marty
  • Distance- 30 min easy run on your own

**Everyone is encouraged to do the 30 min easy run on Mondays and Fridays on your own.**

ALL Practices on the track NOT in the halls
Dress for the weather!!!!! (layers, hats, gloves)

ALL TRACK ATHLETES:

  • Masks must be worn until outdoor workouts start and as soon as you are done with the workout the mask go back on
  • Masks should be worn inside until a coach tells you otherwise.

    • Answer a series of questions
