For anyone at NOHS interested in playing boys tennis this season, NEXT WEEK on Wednesday, March 4, there will be an informational meeting. The meeting will be in Room 212 and will begin at 3:20 p.m.
Forms needed to play NOHS Boy’s Tennis:
- OHSAA Physical Form:
- Emergency Medical Form (Only needed if did not complete online form this fall or winter):
- Drug Testing Consent Form (Only needed if you have never competed in a sport here at NOHS):
- Lindsay’s Law (Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form):
- Transportation Fee (Only for players who make the team):
