Captains practices start June 12th, during month of June, attached is the calendar for practice locations.

Emergency Medical Forms and an updated physical must be completed to train and compete with the team.

Forms can also be acquired at the NOHS Athletic Office.  EMF form needs to be returned to Coach Bloomfield. OHSAA Physical form needs to be returned to athletic office prior to the first day of running.

T3 Training

NOHS is offering T3 training sessions on Monday and Thursday mornings from June 12th-July 24th. Sessions run from 7:15-8:15 a.m. with a focus on speed and agility. T3 provides trainers to work with all NOHS student-athletes with hopes of strengthening all of our athletic programs.  Please take advantage!

FUNDRAISING:
We will be doing 2 car washes this summer. Dates to be determined: one in July and one in August. EVERYONE will be expected to help at the car washes.

Also we will be hosting our very first NORTH OLMSTED RUNNING CAMP. The camp, held each morning at Bradley Woods,
will run the week of July 10-14th from 9:30-11:00 AM

 

North Olmsted Youth Running Camp

This summer, we are hosting our very first North Olmsted Running Camp.  The camp, held each morning at Bradley Woods, will run the week of July 10th-July 14th from 9:30-11:00 AM.

***All high school athletes are expected to attend and help work this camp.  Please make arrangements ASAP.

First day of NOHS practice

THURSDAY JULY 6th, at Little Cedar Point Picnic Area. Practices begin @ 7:00 AM and will end around 8:30 AM .

  • Plan to bring everyday:
    *Water
    *Reliable, durable (new) running shoes
    *Running watch
    *Change of clothes
    *towel for stretching

NOHS TEAM CAMP WEEK:
Camp week will take place the week of July 31- August 4th. We will kick off the week with a spike morning July 31st. More info to come. All runners are expected to attend all 9 practices during camp week. We will have morning and evening practices. (different locations) Please mark calendars. This is an important week as we increase our mileage and build team chemistry. This is one key to our success.

Though the first day of team practice begins July 6th, your training can and should begin NOW. Day one of practice should not be day one of running. Start building a base of mileage now. Train
