North Olmsted Girl’s senior golfer Rachael Sladky has been recognized by The Chronicle Telegram as one of the top players in the SWC for the 2016 season. Rachael has helped lead the Eagles to a 5-5 overall record, with personal bests being a 40 through nine holes and an 84 through 18 holes. Her coach has been pleased with her work ethic and success on the golf course. “Rachael is working very hard this season and is living up to her potential. Her confidence level is the highest it has ever been and her golf game is starting to show that confidence,” said girl’s golf coach Tony Naples. Rachael’s favorite sports memory involves learning to play golf with her grandfather.
